Omnibus Act numbered 6111 which reconstitutes public receivables, which makes amendments in various laws, including Law of Social Insurance and General Health Insurance has been published on the Official Gazette.
According to the direction of the Presidential press center; The Law of Radio and Television’s Establishment and Broadcasting Service numbered 6112, The Law of regulations on the debits and credits of certain public instutitions and enterprises numbered 6113 and The Law of organization and functions of the head of the center of assessment, selection and placement numbered 6114 have been approved by the President of the republic Abdullah gül and sent to Prime Ministry to be published on the Official Gazette.
According to the enacted Law of the Radio and Television’s Establishment and Broadcasting Service numbered 6112; total foreign capital share can only be the %50 percent of the paid capital in a media organization. Foreign real or legal person can only be a direct partner of at most two media service provider organizatons. Local or foreign shareholders can not have preference shares by no means.
24 draft law which are endorsed to ratify international treaties made in between Turkey and Iran, Italy, Ethiopia, Azerbaijan, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Moldova, USA, Ukraine, Sweden, Australia, Spain, Pakistan, Mexico, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, Greece, Luxembourg, Albania, Norway, Slovenia, Russia, The Netherlands, Iraq, Afghanistan have been passed in the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. It has been voted out for drawing water from Tigris and productive use of water supply with Syria and agreements for cooperation in the field of press.
Article 59, entitled “Sports Promotion” of the Constutition has been adopted at the Commission with the votes of the ruling party and the opposing party. The aim of the amendments made is to have an exact resolution of the disputes of dicipline and management of sports activities with in a rapid succession and without any judical control. In this sense, disputes are going to be resolved by compulsory arbitration.
