The Regulation regarding Amendments to be made in the Turkish Radio, Television Corporation’s Advertisement Regulation has been published on 18 of June 2010 in the Official Gazette numbered 27615.
According to the regulation;
Article 1- Subparagraph 1 of article 6 of the previous Turkish Radio Television Corporation’s Advertisement Regulation which was published in the Official Gazette dated 26.08.2009 and numbered 27331 has been changed as follows:
“Types of advertisements, duration of broadcasts, charges, sale and payment conditions, rates of commission and discounts and general rules of guarantee are determined by the Board of Management.”
Article 2 – This Regulation comes into effect from its publication date.
Article 3- Provisions of this Regulation is conducted by the General Directorate of the Turkish Radio Television Corporation.
